§ 120.06 FEES.

   (A)   The following fees shall be assessed to the applicant.

   (B)   These fees shall be fixed and determined by the Council, adopted by resolution, and uniformly enforced.

   (C)   The fees may be amended from time to time and shall be modified following the rules set forth herein.

      (1)   License fee;

      (2)   Investigation fee;

      (3)   Transaction fee; and

      (4)   New employee background fee.
