All applications for a license shall comply with the requirements of § 110.02 and shall also contain the following information:
(A) Whether the applicant holds a current pawnbroker, precious metal dealer or secondhand goods dealer license from any other governmental unit;
(B) Whether the applicant is licensed under either M.S. §§ 471.924 or 325F.731 through 325F.744; and
(C) Whether the applicant has been previously denied a pawnbroker, precious metal dealer or secondhand goods dealer license from any governmental unit.
