§ 120.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall operate as a pawnbroker, precious metal dealer or secondhand dealer, operate a pawn shop, or work in the pawnbroker’s, precious metal dealer’s or secondhand dealer’s business without a license from the city.
