§ 32.06 REQUIRED FILING OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS.
   (A)   A certified copy of every ordinance, resolution, map, or regulation which relates to subdivision regulations, land needed for future street purposes and as sites for other necessary public facilities and services, and conditional use permits shall be filed with the County Recorder.
   (B)   A certified copy of every variance to subdivision regulations shall be filed with the County Recorder. Provided, that this requirement is satisfied if a resolution citing the existence of the variance is filed identifying the location where the variance documents are available for inspection.
   (C)   A copy of a comprehensive plan shall be filed with all contiguous municipalities.
   (D)   Copies of resolutions approving subdivision plats of land shall be filed with all contiguous municipalities.
