§ 92.04 LICENSE ISSUANCE, TERM AND RENEWAL.
   All animal licenses shall be issued only upon presentation of a certificate issued by a veterinarian, licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Minnesota, showing rabies immunization of the animal for at least the term of the license. Only vaccinations recognized by the state animal board of health shall fulfill this requirement. All animal licenses shall expire on December 31. Application for license renewal, accompanied by a veterinarian’s certificate, shall be made at least 30 days prior to expiration of the license.
