§ 91.02 CUSTODY.
   The city may take into custody and impound any abandoned or junk motor vehicle, or any unauthorized vehicle as provided by statute. Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the owner of any private property upon which an unauthorized vehicle is parked to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
