§ 90.091 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   INOPERABLE VEHICLE. A vehicle lacking working components needed for operation.
   JUNK. Include, but not be limited to, machinery or auto parts, appliances, household furniture and furnishings, scrap lumber, decayed or broken building materials, used tires, barrels and scrap metal, and old or unused bicycles and bicycle parts.
   REFUSE. Refuse shall include all garbage; any organic matter resulting from the manufacture, preparation or serving of food or food products, and spoiled, decayed or waste products from any source, glass, plastic, tin cans, paper, aluminum, cardboard or other refuse not contained in a hard-surfaced, tightly covered receptacle.
   RUBBISH. Rubbish shall include any material rejected or thrown away, which is regarded as worthless.
   UNLICENSED VEHICLE. A vehicle with registration that has expired, is untitled, or in the case of any motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, boat, or snowmobile that requires current registration be displayed on the unit and that registration has expired.
   YARD WASTE. Trash shall include, but not be limited to, parts that have broken off or stripped including leaves, twigs, plant trimmings, weeds and branches not to be used as compost material for gardening.
