(A) Establishment and composition. A Planning Commission is hereby established. One Council member shall be an ex-officio member.
(B) Powers and duties. The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties defined or granted in the statutes and the City Code relating to planning, zoning and subdivision regulation and shall act in an advisory capacity to the Council in all of such areas. In its discretion, the Council may reassign tasks of the Park and Recreation Commission pursuant to § 31.23(B) to the Planning Commission.
