§ 90.025 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WEEDS. Useless and troublesome plants commonly known as weeds including but not limited to noxious weeds, such as cockleburr, burdock, tumble mustard, wild mustard, wild oats, Canadian thistle, oxeye daisy, quack grass, Frenchweed, and Russian thistle.
