A Finance Department is hereby established. The head of this Department shall be the Finance Director and the number of additional employees shall be determined by the City Council from time-to-time. The Finance Director may be appointed as a Deputy Treasurer upon the recommendation of the City Administrator. The Finance Director shall supervise and manage the Finance Department operations to include all accounting and fiscal management activities; manage and be accountable for all property and equipment used; and make and file such reports as may be requested by the City Council or the City Administrator.
