§ 31.05 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

A Public Works Department is hereby established. The head of such Department shall be the Director of Public Works. The city water, sewer systems and parks shall be under the direct supervision of the Director and he or she shall be responsible for and have custody of all property of the Department. The Director shall make and file such reports as may be requested by the Council or the City Administrator.
