§ 70.07 MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALKS.
   It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motorized vehicle on any public sidewalk or public property designated for use as a pedestrian walkway or bicycle trail, except when crossing the same for ingress and egress through a curb cut to property lying on the other side thereof. This section shall not apply to an electric wheelchair operated by a handicapped person or a motorized vehicle being used for snow removal.
