(A) The applicant for a license must consent to a city inspection of the premises with minimal notice.
(B) The city may deny an application or revoke kennel permits based on findings of unsanitary conditions, neglect of the animals, excessive animal noise that causes discomfort to other residents, or failure to allow an inspection of the premises.
