(A) Private kennel permits are required when more than 3 domestic pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and the like) are housed at a residential location. This permit may allow a combination of up to 5 animals over the age of 6 months.
(B) Any documented violations such as excessive animal noise, unsanitary conditions and the like shall be grounds for additional conditions being placed on the permit holder or revocation of the permit.
(C) The type, number and breed of animals shall appear on the kennel application.
