The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all rental dwellings, including rented single-family homes, rented duplexes and dwellings units within owner-occupied buildings, as well as to rented condominiums, rented townhouses and leasehold cooperative dwelling units, as those terms are defined in M.S. § 273.124, Subd. 6, M.S. Chapter 515A, and this chapter.
