Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine as described in M.S. § 609.02, subd. 3, as amended, and/or a jail sentence not to exceed 90 days plus the cost of prosecution. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate violation for the purposes of this section.
