§ 114.12 CONTRIBUTION OF NET PROFITS TO PUBLIC SAFETY FUND ADMINISTERED BY CITY.
   (A)   Each organization licensed by the Board to conduct lawful gambling within the city shall annually contribute 10% of the net profits, as that term is defined in M.S. § 349.12, Subd. 27, to a fund administered and regulated by the city without cost to the fund. The city shall disburse the funds for police, fire, or other emergency or public safety-related services, equipment or training, but not pension obligations.
   (B)   Payment under this section shall be made by February 1 of the calendar year after which the funds were earned.
   (C)   The city’s use of such funds shall be determined at the time of adoption of the city’s annual budget or when the budget is amended.
