§ 111.38 REMOVAL OF BOTTLE OF WINE.
   (A)    An establishment licensed by the State of Minnesota as a manufacturer of wines of not more than 25 percent alcohol pursuant to M.S. Ch. 340A may sell on-sale and off-sale wine on the manufacturer's licensed premises without further license. The licensed wine manufacturer shall comply with the restrictions and regulations set forth at City Code §§ 111.32 through 111.36, and shall be subject to Chapter 111.
   (B)   All other establishments licensed to sell liquor or wine at on-sale under this chapter may permit a person purchasing a full bottle of wine in conjunction with the purchase of a meal to remove the bottle on leaving the licensed premises provided that the bottle has been opened and the contents partially consumed. A removal of a bottle under the conditions described in this provision is not an off-sale of liquor and may be permitted without additional license.
