The underlying zoning district shall be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. PUDs overlay districts may be 1 of the following:
(A) Planned Residential District (PRD).
(B) Planned Commercial District (PCD).
(C) Planned Industrial District (PID).
(D) Planned Mixed-Use District (PMD).
