Manufactured home parks constructed prior to (date of previous ordinance adoption), that when constructed, complied with density, lot-size and manufactured home setback requirements, shall be excluded from density, lot-size and setback requirements contained herein. However, expansions of manufactured home parks shall be subject to and comply with all requirements of this chapter.
