§ 154.125 LOT REQUIREMENTS (SEE TABLE A, RESIDENTIAL LOT REQUIREMENTS TABLE).
   (A)   Within manufactured home parks platted or developed after January 1, 2014, manufactured homes shall be placed upon manufactured home lots so that there shall be at least a 20 foot clearance between manufactured homes and 25 feet between the front of the manufactured home and the front lot line and 20 feet between the rear of the manufactured home and the rear lot line.
   (B)   All structures shall require a building permit.
   (C)   All manufactured homes installed in a manufactured home park shall be placed upon stands approved by the city and properly anchored to the ground. The anchoring system shall be installed in conformance with applicable sections of the State Building Code.
   (D)   Each manufactured home unit shall be skirted at its base with a durable material that complements and is comparable to the exterior design of the unit.
   (E)   All yards shall be landscaped except for necessary driveway and sidewalk needs which shall not exceed ½ the width of the site.
   (F)   Each manufactured home lot shall have off-street parking space for at least 2 automobiles, as required in §§ 154.221 through 154.230 Off-Street Parking and Loading.
   (G)   Each site shall be numbered.
   (H)   Fire extinguishing systems shall comply with the Uniform Fire Code.
   (I)   Each manufactured home lot shall be so designed that automobiles may not be parked within 5 feet of the front of the manufactured home. Parking of vehicles on the side or rear portions of an individual lot(s) is prohibited.
   (J)   All manufactured homes moved into the park shall have a construction seal of code and construction compliance and installation seal as issued by the State of Minnesota as required under the State Building Code. No manufactured home may be used or occupied until the city building official has issued a certificate of occupancy as provided in the City Building Code.
   (K)   All manufactured homes located in manufactured home parks shall be provided with a landing and steps complying with the building code from each doorway leading from a manufactured home.
   (L)   All buildings or portions thereof which are determined to be substandard as defined by the Building Inspector are declared to be public nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal in accordance with the procedure specified by the Building Inspector.
   (M)   Manufactured homes may be subject to additional requirements contained in the city code, including, but not limited to the sections governing parking, home occupations, flood plain/shoreland, signs, etc.
   (N)   Setbacks (SEE TABLE A, RESIDENTIAL LOT REQUIREMENTS TABLE).
