§ 96.11 STREET MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT FEES REQUIRED.
   (A)   A subdivision contract shall require the subdivider to pay a Street Maintenance Equipment Fund fee at the time the City Council approves the subdivision contract.
   (B)   The fee will be set by ordinance of the City Council on an annual basis to reflect the cost of equipment acquisition.
   (C)   Funds collected for this purpose shall be dedicated to street maintenance equipment acquisition.
