§ 96.07 LIMITING SPEED AND TIME OF RAILWAY-STREET CROSSING OBSTRUCTION.
   It is a misdemeanor for any person operating or in charge of a railroad train, car, engine, locomotive, or other railroad equipment, or combination thereof, to so operate, park or leave the same standing upon the railroad at its intersection with a street, so as to prevent unobstructed vehicular traffic on the street for a period longer than 10 minutes, or to so operate it without a bell of the usual size as may be attached to the equipment, and as circumstances warrant, whistles, with which to provide a sufficient warning.
