A.   Definitions: The following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this subsection:
    POULTRY: Fowl of every kind, including, but not limited to, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, birds of every kind, ratite, ostrich, rhea, peacock or guinea, whether domestic or wild.
   TO KEEP: To preserve or maintain poultry such as by feeding or watering poultry.
   TO POSSESS: To own poultry or provide premises where poultry is harbored.
   B.   Restrictions:
      1.   The keeping or the possession of more than two hundred (200) poultry upon any one premises or portion thereof within the town limits is unlawful.
      2.   The keeping or the possession of any poultry, whether one or more, within one hundred feet (100') of another residential dwelling within the town limits, except with the consent of the person owning or controlling the residential dwelling, is unlawful.
