A. Public Property: It is unlawful for any person to stake, confine or pasture any animal on any public school ground or other public property, federal, state, town or other, on any railroad right of way, or on any property without the consent of the person owning or controlling such property.
B. Proximity To Residential Property: It is unlawful for an animal to be staked, confined or pastured on private or public property within one hundred feet (100') of any residential dwelling, except with the consent of the person owning or controlling the residential dwelling.
