4-2-2: JUNKYARDS ENCLOSED:
   A.   Definition: For the purpose of this section, a "junkyard" is an establishment, place of business or property which is maintained, operated or used for storing, keeping, buying or selling junk, but does not include garbage dumps or landfills. "Junk" means old or scrap copper, brass, rope, rags, batteries, paper, trash, rubber, debris, waste or junked, dismantled or wrecked vehicles, or parts thereof, iron, steel, or other old or scrap ferrous or nonferrous material.
   B.   Fencing Requirements: It is unlawful for any person or corporation to keep or maintain a junkyard or junk storage yard in the town unless the same is enclosed by a board or picket fence, with pickets four inches (4") wide, with not more than one inch (1") opening between the pickets, at least eight feet (8') high, which fence shall be at all times kept painted and in good repair.
