4-2-1: FIREWORKS STANDS 1 :
   A.   Permit Required: Only nonprofit organizations which are headquartered in the town may apply for a permit to sell fireworks in the town. The board of trustees may, in their sole discretion, award or deny permits to any such organization as it decides, with or without cause.
   B.   Days And Times Of Sale: Permits may be awarded between June 21 and July 5 only. Fireworks may be sold on these days only between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
   C.   Fee; Deposit To Guarantee Cleanup Of Premises: In addition to paying a permit fee in such sum as set by the town board of trustees before the permit is issued, the applicant shall put up a deposit in such sum as required by the board guaranteeing that the premises shall be cleaned, and all paper, trash and debris shall be completely removed by the permittee. If the premises are not so cleaned, the money shall be forfeited, and the town shall hire the work done. If the premises are so cleaned, the deposit shall be returned to the applicant.
