The Utility Billing Section of the city shall provide each municipal utility customer with a monthly water bill, a monthly wastewater bill, and a monthly stormwater bill which shall include the charge incurred by the customer for each monthly water and wastewater services charges. The customer is responsible for paying each monthly bill in a timely manner. Bills for municipal utility services shall be rendered and paid monthly.
