§ 50.02 PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR UTILITY DEPOSITS AND/OR MONTHLY UTILITY PAYMENTS.
   (A)   When paying in person, the customer should bring the entire bill with them.
   (B)   Cash is accepted, but no more than $5 of change will be accepted.
   (C)   Checks or money orders are accepted for the correct amount.
   (D)   Bills may be paid in person, at drive-thru, using drop box on the front door, or by U.S. mail. Payment must be received by the due date of the fifteenth of the month to avoid late charges. If the fifteenth falls on the weekend, holiday, or in case the office is closed, payment must be made by the next business day in which the office is open.
   (E)   City Utilities provides several payment options for the convenience of customers. Bills may be paid online or by phone anytime, 24 hours per day, seven days per week using a secured electronic payment system including online bank direct, accepting cards (credit and debit) for a fee including e-checks for a fee, and Visa, MasterCard, or Discover with an online service of Invoice Cloud.
   (F)   Deposit payments and/or tap fees shall be paid only by check, cash, and/or money orders in the billing office.
