§ 33.02 CLERK-TREASURER DUTIES AS VIOLATIONS CLERK.

   (A)   The Violations Clerk may accept:

      (1)   Written appearances for the jurisdiction of the Bureau;

      (2)   Waivers of trial;

      (3)   Admissions of violations;

      (4)   Agreements to pay a civil penalty; and

      (5)   Payments of civil penalties within 14 days of an admission of a violation.

   (B)   (1)   Such payment per (A)(5) above shall be in cash or money order payable to the “City of Jonesboro, Indiana;” and such payment shall be made by mail or in person to the Violations Clerk or designated Deputy of the Violations Clerk.

      (2)   The Clerk-Treasurer, as the Violations Clerk, shall keep for the public the Forms of the Ordinance Violations Bureau, as listed and as illustrated in the schedule in § 33.07.
