(A) The city hereby creates a Riverboat Fund.
(B) Sources of this Fund shall be revenues received from I.C. 4-33-12-6 and I.C. 4-33-13.
(C) The city may use these funds for any legal or corporate purpose of the city. Funds must be appropriated in accordance with state law when necessary. Funds shall be disbursed in the same manner and subject to the same controls as other city funds. Funds may not be disbursed for items not allowed by state law.
