§ 30.41 VOLUNTEER CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Common Council hereby establishes and adopts a Volunteer Code Enforcement Department in the process of dealing with various ordinance violations.
   (B)   The force shall consist of a ten-member force, made up of police reserves, firefighters, street/utilities, and civilian residents of the city.
   (C)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall officially appoint the force, establish job descriptions, guidelines, and procedures working with the Chief of Police, Fire, and Superintendent of Street and Utilities.
   (D)   The Department will work under the direction of police, Chief of Police, and the Mayor.
