(A) The Internal Control Oversight Committee make up shall be the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, and one member from the Common Council who shall be appointed annually (during the first meeting of the year) by the members of the Common Council shall serve for one year and/or is replaced by Common Council majority vote.
(B) The Internal Control Oversight Committee shall meet as needed to carry out its duties and to make recommendations to Common Council, report on its findings, and to submit an annual report to the Common Council the first meeting of December.
(C) The Internal Control Oversight Committee’s mission is to make every effort and willingly to improve the city operations and activities to work to get it right for the tax payers of the city.
