(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any property owner failing to register, as described in § 151.01, shall receive a citation for an ordinance violation up to $2,500 plus any court or attorney’s fees.
