(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The city hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference the Civil Penalties Schedule set out in 410 I.A.C. 6-6-14.1 for violations of § 150.04. Violation of any other applicable law or regulation not otherwise set out in 410 I.A.C. 6-6-14.1 shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $500. Each day of violation of § 150.04 continues shall constitute a separate offense. Civil penalties collected shall be deposited into the General Fund.
