(A) The city hereby establishes the Area Plan Commission of Grant County and the County Area Planning Department.
(B) The membership of the Area Plan Commission shall be as set forth in I.C. 36-7-4-207(c), except that I.C. 36-7-4-207(c)(8) shall not prevail. Instead, each such city shall have one voting representative.
