(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person convicted of violating § 130.01(A)(1) shall be fined $25 for the first violation of that section. For any violation of § 130.01(A)(1) after the first violation, the person shall be fined $50. If a person who violates § 130.01(A)(1) wishes to plead guilty, he or she may pay the fine at the Ordinance Violations Bureau located at City Hall.
(2) Any person convicted of violating § 130.01(A)(2) shall be fined $250 for the first violation of that section. For any violation of § 130.01(A)(2) after the first violation, the person shall be fined $500. If a person who violates § 130.01(A)(2) wishes to plead guilty, he or she may pay the fine at the Ordinance Violations Bureau located at City Hall.
(3) All fines collected upon conviction of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall be paid into the city treasury, as required by law.
