The following are exempted from the licensing requirements of this chapter:
(A) Farmers or gardeners marketing or selling any farm produce raised by them;
(B) Commercial traveler or drummer selling goods at wholesale to merchants;
(C) Commercial traveler, other person, or organization, selling by wholesale, to drugstores or other places where medicines are kept;
(D) Licensed auctioneer offering for sale at public auction any such personal property, or real estate on behalf of an administrator, assignee, receiver, commissioner, sheriff, or other public office, in the discharge of his or her legal duties, or on behalf of any person offering for sale at public auction any personal property or real estate owned by such person; or
(E) Solicitation by members or authorized agents of qualified organizations as designated and approved under I.R.C. § 170(c) and/or I.R.C. § 501(c)(3), as amended; and such members or authorized agents shall provide confirmation of said status under I.R.C. § 170(c) and/or I.R.C. § 501(c)(3), as amended.
