(A) Each itinerant or transient peddler, hawker, or medicaster upon arrival in the city, shall apply at the office of the Police Department for a license.
(B) The applicant shall be required to pay the following license fee:
(1) One day: $25; or
(2) One week: $100.
(C) Daily hours Monday through Saturday:
(1) May - September: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and
(2) October - April: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
