(A) Any person found in violation of the motor vehicle noise limits set forth in this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200.
(B) Any person found in violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 for the first offense, not less than $75 for the second offense, and not less than $150 for the third or subsequent offenses.
(C) Each day that a violation is in effect shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) Any person violating any of the provisions of or failing to comply with § 95.05:
(1) First violation: $25.
(2) Second violation: $50.
(3) Third violation: $150.
(4) Fourth violation $200.
