§ 93.04 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   The Sheriff’s Department, Health Officer, employees of the County Plan Commission and the Nuisance Abatement Officer of the county (hereafter collectively called “officer”) are hereby authorized to enforce this subchapter in accord with the procedure described below.
