(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Upon conviction of a citation as set forth in § 92.06, the violator shall be fined not less than $50 for the first offense, $75 for the second offense, $125 for the third offense, and $200 for the fourth offense. The violator shall pay all attorney fees, expert’s fees and court costs incurred by the city enforcing §§ 92.01 through 92.06.
