(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Whoever does any of the actions set forth in § 90.08 shall be fined according to local, state, and federal law; and if bodily injury results, shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results, shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
(C) The following code (or ordinance) provisions are their respective civil penalties are designated for enforcement through the Ordinance Violations Bureau under § 90.12.
