§ 70.22 SCHEDULE OF ONE-WAY STREETS.
   All streets below are one-way streets. Every driver shall operate his or her vehicle on these streets in one specific direction, as indicated by official traffic control devices posted on these streets:
   (A)   Water Street from Twelfth Street to Tenth Street (One Way North); and
   (B)   Whichita from West Ninth Street to West Sixth Street (One Way North).
