The position of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be to maintain contracts, act as clerk for the Board of Public Works and Safety and utilities, and shall be the custodian of all funds belonging to the waterworks, know the manner in which money is derived from, and regularly report on the general condition of such funds. All financial actions shall be reported for approval normally at each regularly scheduled meeting. The Clerk-Treasurer shall work with the Mayor on annual budget preparation.
