§ 52.39 OBTAINING A PERMIT.
   A property owner and/or contractor shall obtain a permit from the city in replacement of water lines on owner property. Inspection of replacement is required prior to backfill. If a new tap is required, refer to the related General Ordinance, or as amended on such charges.
