§ 52.34 NOTIFICATION OF LOAD INCREASE.
   The service connections, meter, and distribution mains have definite capabilities. No substantial addition to the water consuming equipment or appliances connected thereto should be made except after written notice is received by the utility and the customer receives written consent from the utility.
