§ 52.30 ACCESS TO PREMISES.
   With the consent of the owners or as authorized by law, properly authorized representatives of the utility shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting cross-connection protective devices, atmospheric tank installations, booster pump vacuum breaker valves, and general plumbing, as well as for the purpose of reading, inspecting, repairing, or replacing water meters used in connection with the service and removing such water meters at the termination of the contract or discontinuance of the service. A letter will be forwarded to the deeded property owner and the renter (if rented) allowing three days for access. After such time, if access is not given, action shall be taken by removing the access problem.
