(A) The Common Council adopts a common seal with the following design:
(B) The word “SEAL” centered, with a fleur-de-lis centered above and below that word, with a star on each side of each fleur-de-lis; the word “CORPORATION” centered in an arc above the word “SEAL” and the aforesaid fleur-de-lis and stars; the entirety surrounded by a beaded ring, with the words “CITY OF JONESBORO” and “JONESBORO, IND” surrounding the upper and lower portions of the ring, respectively; the phrases separated by two small squares, and the entire design surrounded by a beaded ring.
