(A) A copy of all rules and regulations under which service will be rendered is on file for the convenience of the public in the utility billing office located at 414 South Main Street.
(B) These rules and regulations are set forth by the Board of Public Works and Safety to act as guidelines to serve the city and its customers. Any altering or deviation from any of the described rules and regulations shall be at the Board’s discretion and shall not constitute precedence in past or future clarifications.
